Who Am I?
I’m Diana, a certified Holistic Health & Wellness Coach and I’m specialised in emotional eating physiology.
From a young age, I faced challenges around food, including being bullied for my body, which led to years of disordered eating and emotional struggles. At my lowest, I was working out up to 15 times a week, living off restrictive diets like eating only chicken for weeks, and constantly feeling like I was never enough. Emotional eating took over my life, and I felt trapped.
Through my own healing journey, I discovered the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), where I learned the tools to heal my relationship with food and reclaim my self-worth. This experience was life-changing, and it became clear to me that my purpose was to guide others through their own healing.
Now, as a coach, I’m living proof that it’s possible to break free from the cycle of emotional eating and self-sabotage. My life, career, and relationships have been transformed, and I’m passionate about helping my clients experience the same freedom, fulfilment, and self-love. Through my coaching programs, I empower women to rebuild their relationship with food, let go of perfectionism, and embrace a life of true joy and health.
